Features:

The temperature maximum rate around the device should not be over +40°C, the minimum temperature should not be lower than -5°C, and the average temperature in 24h should not be higher than +35°C.

Note1: when the working condition has the minimum temperature -10°C to, customer should declare to manufacturer when ordering the device.

Note2: when maximum temperature is over +40°C or minimum is lower than -25°C in working condition, customer should consult the factory.

The altitude of the place where the machine be installed in should not be higher than 2000 meters.The relative humidity of atmosphere should not be above 50% when the surrounding temperature is +40°C. It is allowed to work in comparatively high relative humidity when the temperature is comparatively low. Structure features

DW16 universal circuit breaker mainly consists of free tripping mechanism, contact system, overcurrent trip, arc-extinction system, etc.

1. Contact system, overcurrent trip are all mounted on the motherboard of the circuit breaker.

2. Contact system has arc-extinguishing system mounted on it, and has free tripping system connnected with contact system through principle axis; on its left side there is auxiliary switch installed. Contact’s material is made of special alloy, wich has exellent anti-fusion wielding capability and low contact resistance.

3. Arc-extinguish chamber grid plates are placed in parallel direction. The Arc-extinguish wall is made of arc tight plastic, and it has flash barrier accompanied with so that the circuit breaker’s short circuit breaking ability is improved.

4. This circuit breaker could also be installed operattion machanisms like electric motor, lever, electro-magnet which only suits under 630A frame class current according to the need.
